What is your level of Courage? A technique for improving your courage
Courage to make a step, courage to do something new, courage to just go on. Courage is the opposite of fear. Where fear stops us, courage bring us further. Courage has different layers, one of them is dealing with the "new" future after we have shown the courage, when we cannot control the new situation, which could create an ambiguous feeling that prevents people to stop showing the courage to move forward.
